The Chrysalis Partnership Assistant (formerly Chrysalis Teaching Fellow) programme was established in 2014 and there have so far been eleven successful cohorts of recent graduates. The team is line managed by the Partnerships Teaching Coordinator and comprises two Graduate Chrysalis Partnership Assistants. The assistants have contributed immensely to starting and running various projects and the invaluable experience gained during their time with us has helped them to move on to successful careers in the Law, Civil Service, Academia, Education and Research Science.

Graduate Chrysalis Partnership Assistants are responsible for helping to deliver partnership teaching projects undertaken by Highgate and partner schools, including the London Academy of Excellence, Tottenham.
