Graduate Assistant Cross Country Track & Field

This part-time position receives a stipend and an optional graduate tuition waiver. Duties include assisting the Head Coach with the coordination and preparation of the university’s Cross Country and Track & Field team.

Candidates will be invited to demonstrate a willingness to support the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:

+ Assist with the recruitment of future University of Mary scholar athletes

+ Assist with coaching 

+ Assist with daily operations of the program

+ Other duties as assigned

Desired Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience include:

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ Working knowledge of NCAA rules, standards, practices, and procedures

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Strong communication skills
