Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret base patterns and apply standard grading rules to develop additional sizes.
Ensure grading maintains the original design's proportion, fit, and styling details.
Use manual methods or CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra) to execute pattern grading.
Collaborate with pattern makers, designers, and technical teams to meet fit standards.
Check and verify pattern measurements for consistency and accuracy.
Make adjustments based on fitting sessions or feedback from the technical team.
Maintain pattern files and size specifications for each style.
Requirements
Qualification in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of pattern grading principles and garment construction.
