Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Steer the comprehensive operational strategy for a premiumcommercial property, optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) andBusiness Continuity Plans (BCP) to achieve peak facility performance.
- Direct holistic preventive maintenance and building improvement programs, strictly managing external service providers across M&E, landscaping, security, and waste management to ensure exceptionalservice level agreements (SLAs).
- Cultivate strong landlord-tenant relations by seamlesslymanaging premises handover, addressing service requests promptly, andrigorously supervising tenant fit-out projects for structural and regulatorycompliance.
