Job Description

1. Develop and drive sales strategies for fleet vehicle sales targeting government agencies, state enterprises, and public sector organizations.
2. Manage and lead the sales team by setting KPIs, sales targets, and developing team capabilities to achieve business objectives.
3. Oversee the sales pipeline, analyze forecasts, and evaluate sales performance to support business decision-making.
4. Manage government bidding projects, including TOR analysis, proposal preparation, tender submission, and project delivery.
5. Control budgets, costs, and profitability (P&L) to ensure alignment with company targets.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, business partners, and key stakeholders.
