Job Description

Implements and develops government compliance management system and strategic third‑party applications and registrations and finds ways to improve processing time of permits.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts the actual processing of all required documents by government agencies and third parties.
  • Ensures the validity of all government permits, registrations, certificates or files of the companies.
  • Reports and reviews updates on new rulings, memorandums, laws or ordinances related to government compliance filings.
  • Develops and improves processes and procedures related to government compliance and other filings such as bond processing, company accreditations etc.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of any course.
  • Must have at least three (3) years experience in Business Registrations and BIR regular Filings.
