Position Overview

Role:
Operational management of the backlog, activities, tasks, risks, dependencies, and blockers; Ensuring traceability between requests, activities, changes, documentation, and evidence; Preparing and facilitating follow-up meetings; Monitoring tasks, responsible parties, and agreed-upon deadlines; Applying and monitoring quality criteria and ensuring the completion of deliverables; Ensuring that no activity is closed without the necessary documentation and evidence; Managing runbooks, procedures, the Knowledge Base, standards, diagrams, and technical documentation; Tracking releases, changes, tests, implementation plans, rollbacks, and post-change validation; Coordinating with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes; Producing operational and executive reports; Identifying and promptly escalating risks, deviatio...
