Governance Manager

HSBC’s Data & Analytics Office (DAO) drives a data‑led culture by strengthening data management policies and governance to ensure data is trusted, high quality, and compliant, while also building capability through training and on‑the‑job development so colleagues can protect data and unlock its value.

You’ll sit in the Governance team within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) in the COO function and is cross‑function, covering governance, function management, and change delivery to help realise benefits such as improved customer and colleague experience, revenue growth, better risk management, capital optimisation, and cost reduction.
