Purpose of Role

The Corporate Development Team identifies, assesses, and executes business-enhancing corporate transactions aligned with Kinross’s broader strategy. As a Fall Intern, you will provide support across corporate development activities, including financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence.

Job Responsibilities

• Corporate model support: Review and update the corporate model, analyze and interpret financial projections, perform liquidity forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Due diligence support: Gather technical, financial, and market data; compile and analyze due diligence information; prepare summary materials and presentations, including business proposals for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
