We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead to lead the technology and engineering initiatives for our Loan Management System (LMS) Pod. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, system design, scalable architecture, and team leadership, along with experience building products in the fintech/lending domain.
