Lead the RFP process, including preparation of RFP and the associated Technical Annexures Employer Requirement, Head of Terms and evaluation of technical and commercial proposals.Lead the Contract drafting/Review process and negotiation of contract/agreement terms, with a particular emphasis on the negotiation of EPC, OM Contracts and Supplier Framework Agreements.Assemble and distribute the appropriate Contract annexures (Legal/Technical/Commercial) to internal departments and external third parties.
