It’s an exciting time to join IFF as our Director, Global Vanilla Business Development. In this role, you will support our global commercial objectives focusing on Vanilla portfolio development and improvement, while addressing business efficiency, technology, growth and profitability. You will communicate and coordinate activity globally and cross regionally, aligned by natural materials across categories in both flavor and fragrance. You will lead our global vanilla products business including a matrixed group of global and regional representatives from Procurement, Marketing, C&D (creation and design), Innovation, R&D, Pricing, Operations, to support profitable growth.
