In this role, you will drive the execution of global talent cycles and act as a key operational expert, ensuring consistency, quality, and a smooth experience for managers and employees worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of global performance cycles, including goal setting, feedback processes, and year‑end reviews;
• Act as the main point of contact for regions, providing guidance, tools, FAQs, and communications to support high‑quality performance conversations;
