Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader The Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader will focus on providing the Talent Acquisition function with the creation of organizational efficiencies/improvements, including technology recommendations, and documentation of standardized critical processes to help us move with confidence and pace. You will partner with our global talent acquisition leadership team to assess gaps and to recommend solutions. You will standardize the Global candidate experience, ensure the effectiveness of our processes, and continually drive performance and advocate for our business to help our function on the path to best in class operational excellence.
