The operations team is growing, and this time, we are looking for a Global Station Based Workshops Lead to oversee Cooltra’s workshops, both in Spain and in the other European cities where the station-based business line operates through its different branches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Cooltra’s maintenance and workshops, by offering online and presential support.
• Analyse and propose improvements in workshop management.
• Analyse productivity KPIs, ensuring our repairs system (POT) is used at the required standard.
