Global SDR Manager will build and lead a high‑performing, multi‑region Sales Development organization. This leader will define Jeeves’ global outbound strategy, coach SDRs across multiple countries, optimize our pipeline generation engine, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between SDR, Marketing, and Sales.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. Full‑time hybrid position; required to work in the office in the Parque de la 93 area 2‑3 days per week.
