**What we are looking for**
Experience within education in a humanitarian/recovery context with technical expertise in development and implementation of strategies and policy guidance as well as development of tools.
First-Line Education expertise with start-up, scale-up or medium to large scale emergencies and experience from working in complex and volatile international contexts.
Fluency in English and French or Spanish, both written and verbal.
**What you will do**
The purpose of the Global Roving Emergency Education Specialist position is technical development of Education, strategic direction and quality assurance. The position is responsible for developing Education strategy and quality control at country level. This includes mentoring, training and capacity building staff to build their technical expertise in Education programming.
