What your days will look like:

Lead and support a team delivering accurate, timely payroll across multiple countries and clients, working closely with PwC in-country payroll teams.

Partner with local PwC teams and the Mauritius technology team to improve payroll processes, reduce risk, and drive transformation through automation, system enhancements, and standardisation.

Build strong relationships with clients and local teams, ensuring service levels are met, communication remains efficient, and escalations are handled professionally.
