What is the opportunity?Support the Global Markets business and work closely in partnership with Capital Markets businesses and Functions to achieve strategic objectivesWhat will you do?

Support cross-Global Markets initiatives including governance, strategy implementation, performance management, messaging, new business development, and technology/operational matters

Act as regional Business Manager supporting U.S. trade floor initiatives and serving as liaison between Front Office, senior GM leadership, and functional teams (Technology, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal)

Represent the business in regulatory and firm-wide projects

Develop key business and financial metrics to drive GM efficiency and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities
