Position Overview
Responsibilities - Gain hands‑on experience in a specialized track such as Sales, Administration, Accounting, Recruitment, Marketing, or Wedding Planning
- Participate in real‑world projects and shadow industry professionals to learn day‑to‑day operations
- Support senior team members with logistics, client communication, content creation, or financial tracking depending on the chosen track
- Follow a structured 30/60/90‑day learning plan to develop professional skills and industry knowledge
Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality, Events, Business, Tourism, or a related field
- Available for a duration of 3 to 6 months
- Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (a driving license is a strong advantage)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and organization skills
- A positive, adaptable, and curious mindset with a passion for hospitality or operations
