Responsibilities

• Speak with candidates from Asia, the Middle East, & Africa.
• Present legal international job opportunities in Europe.
• Build trust and guide candidates through the process.
• Handle objections confidently.
• Convert leads into signed contracts.
• Follow up daily and maintain a strong pipeline of activity.

Compensation

• Base Salary: 6,000 AED/month.
• Commission per signed candidate.
• Performance bonuses.
• Unlimited earning potential for top performers.
