We are moving from start-up to scale-up, and we are looking for a Global Head of MICE to be the architect of our conversion and retention strategy. This isn't just a leadership role; it’s an opportunity to disrupt a legacy industry with AI-driven tech, and lead a world‑class team driving towards ambitious revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

• People leadership: grow a global team of ~20 Event Specialists and Managers to 40 by EOY - recruit and develop talent - ensure they are highly motivated to hit quarterly targets. Manage work allocation across regions to ensure we stay lean, fast, and happy.
