Job Summary

Philtech is seeking a Global Head of Human Resources to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives and drive strategic people programs across the organization. The ideal candidate must come from the technology, IT, or BPO sector and must have experience serving as the top HR executive in their current or previous company.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as the highest-ranking HR leader in an organization
• Strong background in IT, technology, or BPO industries
• Extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and business partnering
• Proven leadership experience managing large HR teams
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
