The Global Email, CRM & Content Manager will play a central role in driving global digital marketing performance across the Orthodontics portfolio, with a primary focus on email marketing, CRM automation, and customer journey optimization. This role owns the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of email and CRM programs, including automation flows, data governance, and platform optimization, with a strong emphasis on SAP Marketing Cloud expertise and scalable global operations. While ClearCorrect will be the primary brand focus, the role may also support additional brands within the Orthodontics department, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and best‑practice sharing across the portfolio.
