Global Blackline System Administrator – Tampere, Finland or Wroclaw, Poland

Report to: Senior Manager, RTR Solutions and Template.

Location: Tampere (Finland) or Wroclaw (Poland).

What you will do

• Be responsible for Blackline user and access management, including definition, creation, assignment, maintenance, and removal of accounts.
• Configure and modify account reconciliation templates, perform bulk or rules‑based automated account and role assignments, and execute mass updates.
• Define period‑end dates and manage business task calendars (locations, holiday calendars); configure task dependencies, comment settings, automated alert/email workflows; approve or deny task requests with Global Process Owners and configure auto‑certification settings.
• Set up and modify data sources, manage and clone match sets, run matching engines, perform ad‑hoc matching, and configure unmatched transaction workflows.
