Position Overview
Mô tả công việc: CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC- Responsible for overall operations in which Ocean Freight is the main product.
- To be responsible for the operational results and administration of all containers services, traffics and network connections.
- Responsible for staff planning, build up team, give proper training and task assignment to team members.
- To be Trade Monitor performance of each service contract.
- To check profit and loss (PNL) development of Ocean Air freight Products.
- Responsible for the quantity and good performance in billing and job costing in Ocean Air freight Operations.
- Responsible for the monthly performance data preparation and review.
- To be the key contact for carrier negotiation in local contract.
