- Lead Helicopter Programs customer engineering activities from start to successful resolution.
- Support event troubleshooting and assist logistics as required.
- Interface with Field Service Representatives, Customer First Centre (Technical Help Desk) and operators through regular field event reviews.
- Ensure event resolution and provide follow‑up through IPTs, reliability monitoring, technical publication changes, campaigns or other corrective action.
