Strong expertise in Interior plastic product design principles, injection molding processes, material selection, and associated manufacturing constraints specific to exterior trims.Thorough understanding of vehicle architecture, including aggregate groups, sub-groups, systems, and sub-systems, to ensure seamless product integration.Proven ability to independently determine technical decisions in collaboration with engineering and supplier partners for design validation and release.Experienced in conducting comprehensive benchmarking and packaging studies to define optimum trim locations and configurations on the vehicle.Familiar with automotive safet...
