Opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits Practice includes 2 NPs Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks’ vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation Requirements:
BC/BE Geriatrician or BC/BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience BC/BE Family Practice with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience Fellowship:
