Seeking a Specialist Geriatrician (In-patient & Community) for our client based in regional Victoria.
This is a position with a tertiary teaching hospital, accredited by the majority of medical colleges, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. The hospital serves over 80,000 people and provides exceptional care across a wide range of services.
The role is a new approach designed to support transitional care, based within the community service department, with close collaboration with acute inpatient services. It will involve both inpatient and community care, including remote care.
