We re hiring a Geriatric Social (LCSW or LICSW) Worker in Methuen, Massachusetts who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful work with older adults, and strong long-term stability.

You ll step into an outpatient role primarily focused on case management for the geriatric population, with occasional therapeutic support. You ll see 3 to 8 patients per day through a mix of face-to-face and telehealth visits. There is minimal local travel during work hours to support patients who cannot make it into the clinic. You ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining professional autonomy.
