Job Description & Requirements Coordinate with clients on the work schedule, planning and activities. Plan detailed instructions (with updated engineering drawings) on daily project activities, and monitor progress to ensure activities are executed as per project specifications. Assist in project cost control in line with the project budget (e.g. ensuring value-based procurement practices, optimum machine utilisation and usage of spares and scrap process compliance) Understand the geotechnical aspects of the project e.g. Soil Condition, CPT etc, so as to identify risk to project and to take steps to mitigate. Ensure all project documentation (progress reports, progress claims, daily reports, site diary, QA/QC report etc.) are submitted and follow up to ensure collection of approved documents in a timely manner. Submit accurate Project Finance Reports and work-related reports (e.g. Work Progress, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Practices, Equipment reports, weekly report, monthly provision, ...
