GIS Team Leader

Position located in the development office in Kalayaan Laguna, Philippines. Requires flexibility to travel to project and site offices across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the overall data management and mapping activities of the company
• Initiate proper contractor engagement and facilitate request for proposal for projects such as relocation, parcellary, topographic, and other related activities
• Monitor contractor’s progress and verify the correctness of their deliverables at each milestone
• Conduct land surveys and site verification/inspection using land surveying instruments as necessary
• Facilitate and coordinate acquisition of spatial data to contractors and consultants and integrate it with existing company database
• Organize and track all land related documents including map references (hard and soft copies)
