Position Overview

This role is suited to a strong leader who thrives in a hands‑on environment and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team across 3 offices in South Africa, driving operational performance, growing country profitability and ensuring service excellence across the business.

Duties Driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. The direction of sales and or sales staff, including account management. Monitoring the financial performance of the offices in order to identify and implement necessary improvements. Monitor and manage customer service levels. Explore and utilise growth opportunities.
