Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess medical history and current health status
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis of surgical conditions
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and surgical requirements
• Discuss surgical options, risks, and benefits with patients and obtain informed consent
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to appendectomies, hernia repairs, gallbladder removals, and other abdominal surgeries
• Utilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other medical professionals—including anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical assistants—to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
