• Able to support sub interest in CDM and care plans
• 65/35 split, affluent patient demographic, excellent admin and nursing support
• Partnership and profit share available
• DPA location | suitable for Specialist IMGs with Substantial comparability, ESP and GPs under moratorium
• 6 consult rooms
• Home to 6 GPs | 2 F/T, 4 P/T
• Full time RN and EN
• 2 treatment rooms
