Main Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of GO services on site to ensure they meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and specifications. Supervise and support General Operatives, managing task allocation, monitoring performance, and ensuring high levels of productivity and quality. Assist the Site Lead with site inspections, audits, and reporting on service standards. Coordinate staff rosters, annual leave, and provide cover for absences as needed. Conduct staff inductions, ongoing training, and ensure all team members are familiar with relevant procedures, including Health & Safety, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
