Job Overview We are seeking a General Manager – Theatres and Critical Care for the South Sector. The role is responsible for delivery of TACC Acute Medicine provision, patient flow model, and strategic & operational delivery of the Service. You will report to the Interim Director and work with clinical and non‑clinical teams across Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver the Sectors Theatres and Critical Care (TACC) Acute Medicine provision and patient flow model.

Accountable for strategic and operational delivery and development of the Service.

Ensure clear focus on delivery of high‑quality, safe, efficient patient‑centred services.

Collaborate with other Sector General Managers to maximise resources and deliver patient care efficiently.

Lead development of a patient‑focused culture, encouraging initiative, responsibility and open communication.
