Position Overview
General Manager Responsibilities
- Enhance the onboard experience ensuring every aspect of the Company brand is executed with superior precision.
- Oversee the management of senior‑level staff, directing and analyzing delivery of the Company product.
- Ensure department heads provide continuous coaching, training and support.
- Solicit and interpret feedback from staff and guests to further elevate product merits.
- Communicate recommendations to Vessel Operations.
- Protect and maintain the ship as a company asset with structural integrity.
- Foster a pleasant work environment to generate maximum crew well‑being.
- Demonstrate and create team spirit, daily involvement in crew welfare to build camaraderie.
