Role: General Manager/Plant Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum + additional benefits

Hours: Monday-Thursday - 8:00am-17.00pm , Friday - 8:00am-15:30pm.

Location: Commutable from, Maidstone, Rainham, Gillingham, Sevenoaks, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas

We are looking for a General Manager to join a manufacturing business within the automotive and motorsport industry. The General Manager will provide leadership, coordination, and support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations within an established management team. This role is focused on enabling team success rather than replacing it by bringing strong people leadership, clear communication, and operational oversight to align manufacturing and sales activities with company objectives.
