POSITION GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
The primary goals of the general manager include:-

• To set the standard for the other employees through excellent communication, work ethic, positive attitude, consistency, adaptability, integrity, leadership and motivation, and problem-solving skills.
• For the business to achieve the objectives set out in the Mission Statement
• To collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve their goals and objectives, including generating the sales and gross profit required to achieve the targets
• To collaborate with the Production, Installation and Logistics Manager to achieve their goals and objectives, including the desired level of production, and installation of the product consistent with the tender standard
