Position Overview
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related field.
- Graduate of La Salle, Ateneo, UP, or an international school is preferred.
- Fluency in Chinese Hokkien or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, finance, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments and business functions.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
