The Opportunity

The General Manager is the operational leader of MGB. You will own the day-to-day performance of the business across all trades, drive profitable growth, and build a high-performing team of division managers, project managers, service coordinators, and field technicians. You'll partner closely with ownership on strategy while running the company operationally.
