We are seeking a Business Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of various departments including Sales/Marketing, Purchase, Production, Accounts, Administration, Logistics, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 14 office and factory staff members, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating business activities across multiple departments
• Maintaining regular communication with existing and new customers
• Managing and tracking the roles and responsibilities of office and factory staff
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails
