Position Overview
Job Description
Provide strategic leadership and direction in managing airport terminal operations and ground handling services.Oversee the day-to-day activities of the terminal and ground handling operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.Develop and implement operational plans, procedures, and policies to optimize efficiency, enhance customer experience, and meet key performance indicators.Manage and coordinate all aspects of passenger handling, baggage handling, aircraft ground servicing, ramp operations, and other related activities.Ensure compliance with aviation security protocols, including screening procedures, access control, and adherence to local and international regulations.Collaborate with airlines, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to foster strong working relationships and partnerships.Develop and manage ...
