This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required.- This is for the Alternative Shift Monday, Thursday and Friday 3pm- 11:40pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am- 4:40pm.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures.
- Install and repair waste and soil line piping within the building envelope.
- Open sewer lines and plumbing stoppages.
- Troubleshoot and repair forced air furnaces and hot water tanks.
- Trace short circuits. Remove electric wiring and installs new wiring.
- Install lights, switches and plugs.
- Perform carpentry work (e.g. laying tile and underlayment and rebuilding floors.
