Job Description

This role supports the production of precast concrete components used in large construction projects. You will work on a variety of tasks such as forming, reinforcing, and finishing concrete products while contributing to a high-volume, year-round manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Produce precast concrete products such as columns, panel beds, beams, bridge girders, building materials, concrete pipe, double tees, precast wall panels, hollowcore, and rebar.
• Lean, bend, and reach throughout the day while performing hands-on production tasks.
• Pull, place, and tie rebar to reinforce concrete products according to specifications.
• Set, adjust, and strip concrete forms to create various precast shapes and sizes.
• Assist with concrete placement, including pouring, leveling, and finishing as needed.
