Job Responsibilities Perform general property maintenance and repair services.

Complete work orders related to:

• Drywall repair and patching Interior and exterior painting Minor plumbing repairs Minor electrical repairs and fixture replacement Carpentry and trim work Door, lock, and hardware installation/repair Appliance and fixture installation General property punch-list items Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
