Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• cash collections and record keeping
• Compute VAT/taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Order Processing
• issue sales Invoices
• inventory management (consumption / reorder level/monitor stock)
• Manage Procurements & Logistics
• Manage Shopify and Online trading procedures
• legal compliance and finance controls
