Gear Cutter

Location: Aldershot, GU12
Salary: £17-£19 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:30-15:15, Friday 06:00-13:00

We are looking for a skilled and precise Gear Cutter to join a busy precision manufacturing environment in Aldershot. You will be responsible for producing high-quality gears using CNC and gear-cutting machinery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on machining and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

Purpose of the Role

As a Gear Cutter, you will set up and operate machines to manufacture precision gears. You will work from engineering drawings, ensuring every component meets strict tolerances and quality standards.
